La Federación Regional de Empresarios de Hostelería y Turismo premiará, entre otros, a la Fundación Camino de la Cruz y a la empresa caravaqueña Postres Reina

18/10/17. Coincidiendo con el Año Jubilar 2017, Hostemur celebra el próximo lunes, 23 de octubre, su Gran Fiesta de la Hostelería y el Turismo en Caravaca de la Cruz. El evento, consolidado como una cita destacada del sector en la Región de Murcia, será este año más especial, ya que la Federación Regional de Empresarios de Hostelería y Turismo aprovecha la ocasión para conmemorar el 40 aniversario de su creación.

            En el acto, que estará acompañado de un menú degustación basado en la gastronomía tradicional de la Comarca del Noroeste, se otorgarán los galardones de Hostemur. En este cuarenta cumpleaños, se entregará el reconocimiento a la ‘Trayectoria Profesional’ a la empresa caravaqueña Postres Reina. Además, se concederá el premio ‘Joven Empresario’ a Tomás Écija, gerente y chef de los restaurantes La Maita y Albero.

En la categoría al ‘Murciano Universal', la patronal quiere distinguir a la doctora en Farmacia, máster en Salud Pública por la Universidad de Harvard y nutricionista y creadora de la famosa “Dieta Garaulet’, Marta Garaulet. También se otorgará un galardón a Antonia Navarro Mula, propietaria del catering Antonia Navarro, convertido en un referente del sector de la restauración colectiva en la Región de Murcia. Finalmente, la Fundación Camino de la Cruz recibirá la mención especial ‘Estrella Levante’.

            El acto tendrá lugar en Salones Pedro Marín a las 14.00 horas, donde, a partir de las 14.30, se ofrecerá un almuerzo, para el que es necesario reserva previa de plaza. Este año la temática estará centrada en productos y recetas características de la Comarca del Noroeste, con un menú preparado por los cocineros Encarna Rodríguez y David Rizos del restaurante Pedro Marín (Caravaca), Laura Ortega del restaurante La Almazara (Cehegín), Antonio Raíl Marín de Asador Murciano (La Paca), Encarna López del Molino del río (Barranda), Pedro Pérez de la Muleta (Cehegín), Salvador Fernández del Borrego Restaurante (Bullas), David Muñoz de La Alborada (Murcia), Sebastián de Mesón el Coci (Caravaca), Firo Vázquez del restaurante El Olivar (Moratalla), J. Miguel del Casino de Mula (Mula) y Paco Molina del Bar Sol (Cehegín).

            El evento comenzará a las 12.00 horas, con una peregrinación de los componentes de Hostemur a la Real Basílica de la Vera Cruz y la visita a la exposición ‘Signum. La gloria del Renacimiento’, que se celebra en la Compañía de Jesús. A las 14.00 horas se entregarán los galardones y a las 14.30 horas, comenzará la fiesta de la gastronomía.

El ciclo se abrió este sábado, 14 de octubre, con un recital de ópera y zarzuela protagonizado por la soprano Montserrat Martí Caballé

 El segundo Ciclo Teresiano de Música y Conferencias, que organiza la Concejalía de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Caravaca de la Cruz, en colaboración con los Padres Carmelitas Descalzos, se abre este sábado, 14 de octubre, con un recital de ópera y zarzuela protagonizado por Montserrat Martí Caballé.

            El recital, al igual que el resto de actividades que se celebran durante el mes de octubre dentro de este ciclo, se celebrará en la iglesia de San José, del antiguo convento de las Madres Carmelitas, a las 20.30 horas, con acceso gratuito hasta completar aforo. La soprano estará acompañada por el barítono Luis Santana y el pianista Antonio López Serrano. Durante el acto, se interpretarán obras de Rossini, Mozart, Verdi y Manuel de Falla, entre otros compositores.

 

 

            Montserrat Martí Caballé, nacida en el seno de una familia dedicada a la ópera, es hija de la diva mundial Montserrat Caballé y del tenor aragonés Bernabé Martí. Debutó en 1993 en Londres, cantando con su madre, y poco después volvieron a reunirse en el concierto benéfico por Ruanda. Desde entonces ha compartido con ella escenario en múltiples ocasiones y también algunos discos. Su carrera en solitario comenzó en 1998, encarnando a la Zerlina mozartiana de Don Giovanni en la Ópera de Hamburgo (Alemania). Posteriormente llegaron sus recitales en el Liceo y el Palau de la Música de Barcelona, el Teatro Real de Madrid o el Festival Internacional de Música de Peralada (Gerona). Ha cantado también en los Teatros Bolshoi de Moscú y Maryinsky (Kirov) de San Petersburgo, en Rusia; y en las ciudades alemanas de Berlín (Deutsche Oper), Frankfurt (Alte Oper), Hamburgo (Musikhalle) y Colonia; en el Musikverein de Viena (Austria); el Salle Gaveau de París; o el Royal Albert Hall de Londres.

          

  Más actividades del ciclo teresiano

            El II Ciclo Teresiano de Música y Conferencias continuará el jueves, 19 de octubre, con la conferencia ‘Santa Teresa de Jesús andariega’, ofrecida por el superior de los Carmelitas Descalzos de la provincia Ibérica, Miguel Márquez Calle, y continuará con los conciertos de ‘Ministriles de San Miguel’ (20 de octubre) y el grupo de cámara ‘La Pronuntiatio’ (27 de octubre). La clausura de ciclo correrá a cargo del subdirector de la Universidad Mística de Ávila, Rómulo Cuartas Londoño, que pronunciará la conferencia ‘Santa Teresa de Jesús y San Juan de la Cruz: originalidad y comunión en un mismo ideal” el 26 de octubre.

            Todos conciertos y conferencias enmarcadas en el ciclo teresiano tendrán lugar a las 20.30 horas, en la iglesia de San José, con entrada gratuita hasta completar aforo.

           

En su cuarta edición, se hace coincidir con la II Feria de Ovino Segureño y Ganadería Extensiva de Caravaca

Una veintena de empresas de automoción y maquinaria agrícola montarán expositores en Gran Vía y Avenida de la Constitución, junto a una zona gastronómica de la Asociación de Comerciantes

Entre las actividades previstas, se encuentra el ‘Tic Festival’ y el Mercado de Antigüedades, Segunda Mano y Coleccionismo

 

Del 5 al 8 de octubre se sucederán distintas actividades lúdicas, culturales, gastronómicas y comerciales enmarcadas en la Feria de Caravaca de la Cruz, que en su cuarta edición incluye, entre las novedades, la II Feria de Ovino Segureño y Ganadería Extensiva.

El programa fue presentando por la edil de Turismo y Comercio, Gloria Gómez, junto a los concejales de Cultura y Festejos, Óscar Martínez, y de Agricultura, Ganadería y Medio Ambiente, Enrique Fuentes, quienes animaron a los todos los caravaqueños y visitantes a participar en la feria que tendrá distintos emplazamientos del casco urbano.

 

 

Los actos darán comienzo el martes 3 de octubre con la conferencia ‘¿Qué son las reformas de importancia en el Vehículo?’, que tendrá lugar en el Aula de Cultura de Cajamurcia, a las 20.30 horas, impartida por el profesor de la Universidad de Murcia, Antonio González Carpena.

El viernes 6 de octubre se realizará la inauguración de la feria de automoción y maquinaria agrícola, en la que participarán una veintena de expositores, instalados en Gran Vía, Plaza Paco Pim y avenida de la Constitución y se podrán visitar a lo largo de todo el fin de semana. Además, junto al complejo deportivo Francisco Fernández Torralba, se ubicará la feria de atracciones infantiles.

Dentro de las actividades culturales, el viernes 6 de octubre, a las 22.15 horas, el Thuillier acoge la III Comedy Naits, organizada por la peña caballista Terry. Participarán los humoristas Juanjo Albiñana, Albert Boira, Dabby Boy-Rovira y Bermúdez.

Siguiendo con el esquema de anteriores ediciones, el sábado 7 de octubre el paseo de La Corredera acogerá el Mercado de Antigüedades, Coleccionismo y Segunda Mano, que estará abierto al público de 10.00 a 21.00 horas y contará con actividades paralelas como títeres y teatro itinerante.

 

 

La noche del sábado 7 octubre queda reservada para el ‘TIC Festival’ (This is Caravaca Festival), que tendrá como escenario la Plaza de Toros y contará con las actuaciones de Mario Matallana, ‘El escote de Lucía’, ‘Umbría’, ‘La Manzana Dorada’, ‘Piezas & Jayder’, ‘La Regadera’ y los DJ Rajobos y ‘Nev DJ’. Las invitaciones para asistir a este nuevo festival, resultado del proyecto de presupuestos participativos aplicados al área de Juventud, se recogen de forma gratuita en el Centro Joven.

            El domingo 8 de octubre, de 10.00 a 14.00 horas tendrá lugar una exhibición de medios por parte de la Guardia Civil, en el parque de educación Vial, junto al jardín Pedro García-Esteller.

            La Asociación de Comerciantes y Hosteleros de Caravaca de la Cruz también participa en la feria con una zona de degustaciones gastronómicas, de productos típicos de la Comarca del Noroeste, que estará situada en Gran Vía, en el tramo comprendido entre avenida Maruja Garrido y Juan Carlos I.

            II Feria de Ovino Segureño y Ganadería Extensiva de Caravaca

            La Feria de Ovino Segureño y Ganadería Extensiva tendrá lugar junto a Salones Castillo de la Cruz, con distintas actividades, tales como degustaciones y venta de productos gastronómicos, visitas escolares y charlas. En una carpa se realizará la exposición de las ganaderías de las razas de ovino segureño, cabra celtibérica y oveja montesina.

En la exposición de gastronomía, participarán las denominaciones de origen murcianas de Vinos de Bullas, Quesos de Murcia y Arroz de Calasparra, junto a aceites, embutidos y otros productos característicos de la Región.

Entre las actividades previstas, cabe destacar la conferencia ‘Nuevos cortes en el cordero segureño’, que se celebrará el viernes 6 de octubre a las 20.00 horas, y la degustación a cargo de la IGP Cordero Segureño del sábado 7 de octubre, a las 13.00 horas.

“Con la organización de esta feria, el Ayuntamiento de Caravaca de la Cruz pretende desde distintas vertientes -profesional, didáctica y lúdica- el reconocimiento y difusión de una de nuestras señas de identidad y verdadera joya gastronómica como es el cordero segureño”, explicó el concejal Enrique Fuentes.

The ' Camino de San Juan de la Cruz ' arises with the vocation to consolidate as a pilgrimage route that allows us to get closer to the literary and spiritual legacy of the Holy Carmelite mystic, but it is also constituted as a tourist route that allows us to know the richness patrimonial, landscape and ethnographic of those villas by which he passed, ending in Caravaca de la Cruz, key destination of religious tourism, being one of the five cities in the world with a jubilee granted in perpetuity.


The journey has a total of 151 kilometers and consists of five stages (Beas of Segura-furnaces of Segura, safety furnaces-pontoons, pontoons-Santiago de la Espada, Santiago de la Espada-Nerpio, Nerpio-El Sabinar, the Sabinar-Caravaca de la Cruz).

The Monastery of St. Joseph of the Discalced Carmelite Mothers was founded by St. Teresa of Jesus in 1576. The building has two distinct parts: the church and the monastery. The church, of a single nave, was reformed in the XVIII century and its decoration belongs to the rococo style.
