El Ayuntamiento reforzará los servicios de atención al visitante con la apertura durante todas las fiestas del Punto de Atención Turística

Los espacios de la Red de Museos abrirán el 5 de mayo y la Casa-Museo de los Caballos del Vino también lo hará el día 4

En el mes de abril se ha desplegado una campaña promocional con el lema ‘Unas fiestas extraordinarias’

24/04/2024. El Ayuntamiento de Caravaca de la Cruz, a través de su Concejalía de Turismo, ha editado más de 10.000 dípticos que contienen información relativa a las fiestas patronales de Moros, Cristianos y Caballos del Vino, así como consejos de seguridad y un plano donde se indican los aparcamientos disuasorios, servicios sanitarios, aseos públicos y otros datos de interés para el visitante. Del 30 de abril al 5 de mayo, serán repartidos tanto en la Oficina de Turismo como por parte de los voluntarios de Protección Civil y Cruz Roja.

Igualmente, se van a instalar paneles informativos en los principales escenarios de la fiesta, traducidos a varios idiomas, al igual que, también en varios idiomas, se emitirán mensajes los días 2 y 3 anunciando el inicio de los actos y consejos de la organización para disfrutar de los mismos de una forma adecuada y en unas condiciones de seguridad.

Por otra parte, la Concejalía de Turismo ha previsto un refuerzo de los servicios de atención al visitante con la apertura todos los días de las fiestas del Punto de Información Turística, situado al inicio de la Cuesta del Castillo. Su horario de apertura será 30 de abril y 1 de mayo en horario de mañana y tarde (de 10.00 a 14.00 y de 16.30 a 19.30 horas) y 2, 3, 4 y 5 de mayo en horario de mañana (de 10.00 a 14.00 horas).

“Al tratase de Año Jubilar y tener una llegada constante de peregrinos y turistas, hemos considerado mantener abiertos los espacios expositivos, como la Compañía de Jesús con la exposición ‘The Mystery Man’, o la iglesia de San José, así como los museos municipales, que hasta ahora siempre habían permanecido cerrados del 1 al 5 de mayo”, tal y como ha informado el concejal que dirige el área de Turismo, José Santiago Villa.

En concreto, el sábado 4 de mayo, de 10.00 a 14.00 horas, abrirá la Casa-Museo de los Caballos del Vino y el domingo 5 de mayo se unirán, en el mismo horario, el resto de espacios de la red municipal: el Museo de la Fiesta, el Museo Arqueológico ‘La Soledad’, el Museo de la Música Étnica- Colección Blanco Fadol de Barranda y el Centro de la Naturaleza de Las Fuentes de Marqués.

Por otro lado, desde las concejalías de Turismo y Festejos se ha desplegado durante este mes de abril una campaña de promoción con el lema ‘Unas fiestas extraordinarias’, que está apareciendo en medios de comunicación, redes sociales y otros espacios publicitarios. El cartel oficial de las fiestas, realizado por el acuarelista Zacarías Cerezo y editado por Comisión de Festejos, se ha llevado a numerosos municipios de la Región de Murcia y otros puntos del levante español a través de la contratación de mupis en la vía pública.

Igualmente, dentro de las acciones de difusión de las fiestas patronales, el Ayuntamiento de Caravaca de la Cruz ofrecerá un año más retrasmisión institucional de la Carrera de los Caballos del Vino, con el fin de ceder de forma gratuita la señal a todos los medios de comunicación de ámbito regional, nacional e internacional que estén interesados. Por otra parte, la Procesión del 3 de mayo y la Gran Parada Desfile del día 4 se podrán seguir por la televisión autonómica 7 Región de Murcia, así como por el canal local Telecaravaca. “Desde el Ayuntamiento se realiza un gran esfuerzo para alcanzar el mayor impacto en medios de comunicación, ya que son una ventana al mundo y es un aspecto importante para preservar la declaración de Interés Turístico Internacional de nuestras fiestas y para dar a conocer reconocimiento del festejo de los Caballos del Vino como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial por la UNESCO”.
