En los próximos días se van a reponer un total de 25 paneles del casco urbano, Archivel, Barranda, La Encarnación y Singla, que se encontraban deteriorados o desactualizados “Facilitar información precisa por vía digital y por los canales de comunicación tradicionales es uno de los aspectos en los que venimos trabajando para mejorar la experiencia del turista que llega a Caravaca”, ha señalado el concejal de Turismo.

El Ayuntamiento de Caravaca de la Cruz, a través de su Concejalía de Turismo, está renovando los paneles de información turística que se encuentran distribuidos por el casco histórico y por distintas pedanías del término municipal. “Esta es una de las medidas en la que venimos trabajando dentro del objetivo general de mejorar la experiencia del turista que llega nuestro municipio ; un objetivo en el que estamos avanzando a través de los proyectos de digitalización, tales como la señalización inteligente o las pantallas de Oficina de Turismo 24 horas, como con la mejora de los canales de información tradicionales”, ha expuesto el concejal responsable del área, José Carlos Gómez. En total se van a reponer 25 paneles, con una inversión cercana a los diez mil euros . Se han reparado o sustituido los soportes de madera y se ha actualizado toda la información y las imágenes que estos contienen. El edil de Turismo ha explicado que “era una actuación muy necesaria, ya que en muchos casos los paneles estaban muy deteriorados o la información que contenían se encontraba desfasada o incompleta”. Del total de paneles renovados, hay diez que se localizan en puntos de interés del casco histórico , tales como el canapé y explanada del Castillo, la Plaza de Toros o la ermita de la Reja. También se sustituyen los ubicados en el Camino del Huerto , sumándose a la renovación de toda la señalización realizada con anterioridad por parte de la Concejalía de Medio Ambiente en los aledaños e interior del paraje de Las Fuentes del Marqués. Otros se encuentran localizados en parajes naturales, yacimientos arqueológicos y espacios patrimoniales de las pedanías de Archivel, Barranda, La Encarnación y Singla.
