Los conciertos contaron con más de diez mil asistentes y los alojamientos del Noroeste rozaron el cien por cien de ocupación

 

17/03/2025. El festival 'Las Noches del Camino' de Caravaca de la Cruz ha sido reconocido como el ‘Mejor Nuevo Festival de España’ en los prestigiosos premios Iberian Festival Awards. Este galardón destaca la excelencia y el impacto de un evento que, en su primera edición, atrajo a miles de asistentes y enriqueció la oferta cultural y turística del Noroeste de la Región de Murcia.

La novena edición de los Iberian Festival Awards se celebró este pasado fin de semana en Almancil (Loulé), Portugal, con el objetivo de premiar a los mejores festivales que se celebran en España y en Portugal.

En julio del pasado año, coincidiendo con la celebración del Año Jubilar 2024, 'Las Noches del Camino' ofrecieron una serie de conciertos en el emblemático Castillo de Caravaca y en otros espacios de la ciudad, contando para ello con artistas de renombre como Luz Casal, Loquillo o Arde Bogotá. Las empresas que conforman la Fundación Camino de la Cruz, junto al Ayuntamiento de Caravaca y el Gobierno de la Región de Murcia, hicieron posible esta cita, que ya prepara su segunda edición para el próximo verano.

Los conciertos ‘Las Noches del Camino’ brindaron al público actuaciones memorables, que fusionaron música y patrimonio en un entorno único. El evento congregó a más de 10.000 personas, procedentes de un total de 37 provincias españolas. Los alojamientos turísticos repartidos por la Comarca del Noroeste registraron un 95% de ocupación y se estima que el impacto en la economía de la zona fue de alrededor de dos millones de euros, considerando para ello los gastos en alojamiento, gastronomía y otras actividades turísticas.

El reconocimiento en los Iberian Festival Awards subraya la calidad de la propuesta musical y la organización impecable de 'Las Noches del Camino'. Estos premios, que celebran la excelencia en los festivales de música de la península ibérica, son un referente en la industria y destacan a los eventos que aportan valor cultural y turístico a sus regiones.

La obtención del premio a ‘Mejor Nuevo Festival’ en los Iberian Festival Awards 2024 posiciona a 'Las Noches del Camino' en el mapa de los festivales más destacados de la península ibérica.
