Tras el éxito de su primera convocatoria, el Ayuntamiento fortalece el programa con más financiación y un enfoque formativo para seguir avanzando hacia un turismo más sostenible y competitivo

El abanico de experiencias subvencionables es amplio y abierto a la creatividad, siempre que genere valor turístico en torno al patrimonio natural, histórico y cultural del municipio

Las bases de la convocatoria se han publicado en el Borm y el plazo de presentación de solicitudes está abierto hasta el 11 de julio

El programa cuenta con 86.000 euros de presupuesto, financiado con fondos europeos, de los 36.000 son para ayudas directas y 50.000 para formación y comercialización de los productos a través del nuevo ‘Hub de emprendimiento’

02/07/2025. El Ayuntamiento de Caravaca de la Cruz, a través de su Concejalía de Turismo, lanza la segunda edición del programa ‘Experiencias Jubilares’. Tras el éxito de su primera convocatoria en el Año Jubilar 2024, el proyecto regresa con un importante refuerzo económico y estratégico: un total de 86.000 euros, de los que 36.000 se destinan a ayudas directas para la creación de experiencias turísticas y otros 50.000 a la puesta en marcha del primer Hub de Emprendimiento que fomentará la formación, el networking y la comercialización del producto turístico local.

El concejal de Turismo, José Santiago Villa, ha señalado que “los propios creadores de las experiencias de la edición anterior, junto a otros emprendedores que conocieron el proyecto durante la celebración del Jubileo, nos han solicitado su continuidad. Esto confirma que la iniciativa ha calado y que existe un tejido creativo, empresarial y social dispuesto a seguir transformando Caravaca desde el turismo”.

Entre los objetivos del programa destacan el impulso al turismo experiencial, la dinamización de la economía local y la consolidación de una red de colaboración público-privada que involucre a autónomos, asociaciones y empresas locales. “Queremos seguir avanzando en una oferta que no solo atraiga a más visitantes, sino que mejore su experiencia y mayor impacto en la economía del municipio de una forma sostenible”, ha afirmado Villa.

Esta actuación forma parte del Plan de Sostenibilidad Turística ‘Camino a Caravaca’, financiado por los fondos europeos Next Generation dentro del Plan Nacional de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia.

Un nuevo espacio para la innovación turística

Como novedad destacada, el programa incorpora este año un Hub de Emprendimiento Turístico, dotado con 50.000 euros. Esta acción estratégica se articulará en varias fases y contará con talleres de co-creación, mentoring individualizado, jornadas de networking, seguimiento personalizado y pruebas piloto.

“A través de este Hub ayudaremos a las empresas a definir su propuesta de valor, diseñar experiencias basadas en el patrimonio de Caravaca y aplicar criterios de sostenibilidad e innovación turística”, ha explicado el concejal.

La estrategia del Hub de Emprendimiento busca fomentar acuerdos estratégicos entre alojamientos y empresas de actividades, mejorar la comercialización de las experiencias y posicionar Caravaca en los mercados nacionales e internacionales como un destino de experiencias únicas.

Ayudas de hasta 2.500 euros y promoción en canales oficiales

Las ayudas directas previstas en esta segunda convocatoria están dirigidas a emprendedores, empresas y asociaciones culturales o sociales que desarrollen su actividad en Caravaca de la Cruz. Cada beneficiario podrá presentar hasta dos proyectos, optando a una ayuda económica de 2.500 euros por cada iniciativa, junto con una campaña de promoción en los canales oficiales, formación especializada y visibilidad en la web y redes sociales municipales.

El abanico de experiencias subvencionables es amplio y abierto a la creatividad de los solicitantes, incluyendo propuestas como rutas en la naturaleza, visitas guiadas o teatralizadas, gastronomía, enoturismo, astroturismo, paseos ecuestres o cualquier actividad que genere valor turístico en torno al patrimonio natural, histórico y cultural del municipio

Impacto y continuidad más allá del Año Jubilar

El programa nació en 2024 con motivo del Año Jubilar y ha demostrado su capacidad para generar experiencias originales y bien acogidas por el público. “Tuvimos ejemplos como la visita teatralizada a las Fuentes del Marqués inspirada en ‘Alicia en el país de las maravillas’, la ruta inclusiva de APCOM o las sesiones de astroturismo en la ermita de La Encarnación. Actividades que han enriquecido nuestra oferta y demostrado que Caravaca tiene mucho que ofrecer todo el año”, ha recordado José Santiago Villa.

Inscripción abierta hasta el 11 de julio

Las bases de la convocatoria ya están disponibles en el BORM. Los proyectos podrán tener efecto retroactivo desde el 1 de enero de 2025 y deberán desarrollarse en el término municipal de Caravaca de la Cruz. El plazo para la presentación de solicitudes concluye el 11 de julio.
